Balanced Mind Weight Loss Coaching was created with the aim of helping individuals to lose the weight that they have struggled to shift for years! Most people have tried most diets. You've lost weight before, right? Slimming clubs, expensive suppliments, restrictive diets - of course, you will lose weight with all of those. But those are quick fixes....crash diets with no long term success, no lifestyle changes, no teaching you how to lose weight in a healthy way with a positive attitude or the knowledge of how to keep that weight off for good. Yo-yo dieting is named so because of the repeated pattern of losing and regaining weight multiple times. We have all been there - the same 10lbs off, then back on. It happens because we overly restrict to lose pounds as quickly as possible, leading to slowing of the metabolism, loss of muscle mass and hormonal distuption, not to mention the emotional toll caused by the vicious cycle!
